Night Glow Paints

One may recall the unfortunate incident of 9/11 when terrorist attacked famous twin towers of World Trade Center. The aeroplanes attacked by around nine in the morning & the towers collapsed about three in the afternoon. During these six hours all wiring was burnt off. Back up power supplies like UPS, Invertors, Emergency Lights, Generators were out of order. The lobbies & staircase of these towers were marked with night glow paints which facilitated evacuation of about 18000 people.
Construction Industry: These paints are mainly used for emergency escape mapping in various construction complex like shopping malls, multiplex, commercial offices, chemical plants, residential buildings, etc. It may be noted that the most likely emergency in these complex is fire. When fire erupts in a complex as per SOPs (Special Operating Procedure) of fire brigade electrical appliances like lights, fans, air conditioners, lift, etc. should not be used. The lobbies & stair cases in these construction places are marked with night glow paint. These paints keep glowing it the dark facilitating evacuation of the trapped people.

Night Glow Lane Marking Rolls

These are user friendly version of night glow paints developed by Indra Technologies. They are particularly used in non hazard areas like offices, hotels, hospitals, residential towers, etc. for disaster management & safety applications. The lobbies & staircases are marked with these rolls keep glowing in the dark. In many of developed countries it is government regulation to map the emergency evacuation for the construction complex. They are also available in printed formats like zebra or arrow marking to increase visibility. The printed lane marking rolls are particularly used for vertical obstacles like pillars, posts, etc.

Night Glow Hoardings & Name Boards

Many states like Maharashtra are facing acute power crisis. Load shading is one of measure taken to face power crisis. Further illumination of hoardings & name boards are regulated & instructed to be switched off by 11 pm as they conserve very high amount of energy for illumination. These boards can remain illuminated once they are fabricated from night glow vinyl. The illumination light can be switched off after two or three hours & the hoarding keep glowing without any electricity.

Night Glow Signage

Different types of signage are made mandatory for place like theaters, hospitals, banks, mall, multiplex, hotels, etc. They are cautionary, informative & safety signage. Indra Technologies supplies these signages with combination of radium reflective film & night glow vinyl films. They offer added visibility as the reflective radium film is easily visible in twilight condition & night glow in total darkness. Night Glow Inks

These inks find application at value addition of many common household & industrial items. These items printed with night glow ink keep glowing making them traceable in the dark.
